Emhart/NASA Tech Design Contest
Yesterday kicked off the start of the 4th annual Emhart/NASA Tech Design Contest, "featuring a
top prize of $20,000 or a 2006 hybrid car." The contest asks you to
submit your most innovative design in one of four categories:
- Everyday products
- Medical
- Safety
- Transportation
New this year is the ability to submit one idea for each category. In addition to the money and the car, they’re also giving away a Segway, and each contest entrant gets a "Emhart POP PowerLink 30 repair kit/hand rivet tool."
