Georgia Tech Creating Robotics Research Center

Georgia Tech announced today the creation of a new robotics research institute. The center will help coordinate the various faculty and courses related to robotics. The new center will be run by Henrik Christensen, founder of Intelligent Machines and an advisor to Evolution Robotics.
The center’s first main project will be a vehicle to compete in the DARPA Grand Challenge: Urban Edition.
